Nu stiu ce va relaxeaza pe voi,dar mie imi place sa pictez…Daca am o stare de spirit o pun pe foaie si incep sa desenez,sa pictez,parca ma linisteste si  ma concentrez la ceea ce fac,mi se limpezeste totul in cap si gandesc lucid.Ca sa desenezi nu trebuie neaparat sa ai talent,cu simplul fapt ca incerci s.ar putea sa te simti bine,nu toata lumea e Picaso.Poti face pictura abstracta pune multa culoare[diferite nuante] pe foaie si fa.o pe jumatate ,iar apoi iti iese un o forma.Pur si simplu decat sa te certi,sa te enervezi picteaza!Sa vezi ce repede te relaxezi si faci ceva productiv.
